I liked the stay. Place was perfectly clean, everything was very good. The staff members were all accommodating and attentive. The room itself was warm and luxury with the requested walk-in shower and had essentials I needed.

Location for visiting historic houses / gardens Spa facilities great
Room 601 is above the kitchen and suffers from loud fan noise Also staff smoke outside the kitchen which is again below 601 and unpleasant cigarette smoke enters the room through the window

Staying at this hotel was a delight for our family, especially enjoyed the fun in the pool and the Aqua Fit classes. The kids loved the spacious room and the comfortable beds. Dinners were tasty and a blend of great value for everyone.
In my wife's opinion, breakfast could be more child-friendly with a broader selection for picky eaters.

Breakfast was worth the extra; rooms very modern and inviting and pool area very relaxing
Checking in was quite a frustrating process as they would not allow us to use the pool whilst we awaited 2pm check until we pushed the point and they made us hang around for 40min. The check out girl was very polite and friendly which did redeem the miserable checking in lady.

The location was ideal for A1.
The comfort of the bed was not good. Very uncomfortable.

Attending a wedding in the superior double room was a mix of experiences. The function rooms and wedding catering were lovely, and the bedrooms were impressively spacious. The check-in experience was marred by rude service at reception, and the unpleasantness of the room's heat made for a challenging night. Dining was a highlight, with an enjoyable meal that was great.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was adequate for our needs. The furniture was a bit tired but functional. The gym facilities were excellent and not busy so a pleasure to use. The area was very quiet which was good for us, the hotel also was quiet although busy, we heard no noise.
The bed in room 604 was extremely uncomfortable..very hard and lumpy and did spoil our sleep..I think the hotel would benefit (from my point of view) a few extra spa and beauty treatments.

Very clean room, modern bathroom. Good facilities in the room
Some of the public spaces a bit dated. Fire alarm went of at around 6am luckily it stopped as we quickly tried to dress

We enjoyed Aqua Fit classes and Pilates, perfect for all fitness levels. The staff was friendly, and the bar area was a nice spot to relax. Just a heads up, the dining can feel a bit basic, but the overall vibe is enjoyable. Definitely check out the facilities like the pool!

Good area just off a1 , small gym , nice pool but sauna under repair but didnt see any work done!Nice bar and meal.
Had one sleepless night as first half of the night the staff were talking outside my window as this was their smoking area! The second half of night was the noise of the air con unit , next day they changed rooms but gave no assistance in change!

Just what we needed to sleep over after a local wedding.
the floor in the bathroom was not very clean and the carpets were a bit shabby, but on the whole the room was spacious, well furnished and nice and quiet
